Checking the Domain Messages Log
As the SPAM administrator for your domain, it is important that you check the Message Log to see how messages are handled. The Message Log has powerful Search capabilities. From the Message Log, you can whitelist/unwhitelist and report messages as SPAM or as Not SPAM
Once you are logged-in to https://spam.his.com as the domain administrator:
- Click on Basic-> Message Log
A list of all messages sent to all addresses @that domain will be displayed for you to review.
If you see emails that should not be quarantined:
- Select the checkbox next to those messages
- At the top of the list of messages, select More Actions-> Whitelist
If you see emails that should be quarantined:
- Select the checkbox next to those messages
- At the top of the list of messages, select More Actions-> Submit to barracudaCentral as SPAM
This will also train the Bayesian SPAM filter for the specifics of your organizational mail flow.
