How to Register for an Account at Support.his.com

You may want to register for support.his.com to see your Support Tickets Status and History:

Go to: https://support.his.com
Click on the Sign-In tab located on the top right side of the page.
You'll be prompted to enter your email and password.

To create or reset your HIS Support password:
Click on "Forgot your password? Click here to recover it."
and enter the email address you've been using to send us support requests or open tickets.
A temporary code will be sent to this address.

After that, enter the code into the page at https://support.his.com, and you'll be prompted to select your new password.
Note: you will only be able to see the tickets associated with the email address you entered above.
