Recovering deleted mail from Zimbra Webmail
Any message that a user has deleted in the past 30 days will be available for recover by right-clicking on the trash folder in the Zimbra webmail interface:
Get to a computer open your browser to go to: https://webmail.his.com
- Select the Advanced (Advanced Ajax) version of webmail to access this feature.
- Once logged-in: Click on the arrow shown next the Trash icon and choose "Recover deleted items".
- Select the items to recover and Click on "Recover To".
- Select the destination folder and click OK.
The selected deleted items will be moved to the previously selected folder.
