Backing up a database content from Plesk Control Panel

• Login to your Plesk Control Panel
  and select the subscription you want to work with.

• Under WebSites and Domains, click on Databases

• Click on the database name

• Click on WebAdmin or PHPMyAdmin

• Click on the Export tab

• Leave the default options for a QUICK export and click on Go

You will prompted for a location to save the database backup SQL file on your computer.
That is it!
