Resetting Your Email Password From Zimbra Webmail
It is a safe practice to reset one's own password regularly, just to make sure it meets new security requirements.
If you know your current password, use this procedure: Changing @his.com Email Account Password Knowing The Current One
If you do now know your current password, request a temporary password at: https://support.his.com/contact (Click on Email Support).
You MUST provide an alternate email address or a phone number where we can reach you.

Since February 2019, you also have the option of Adding a recovery email address for your Zimbra email account for future use.
