Setting Up forwarding in Zimbra Webmail

One can setup forwarding using https://webmail.his.com or your domain's webmail: https://webmail..*
(replace with your own domain).

• Login using your full email address and the regular mailbox password.

• Once logged in,

• Click on the Preferences Tab.

• Click on Mail in the left menu.

• In the Receiving Messages section, scroll down to: When a message arrives, then

• Check Forward a copy to, and enter th destination email address.

• Check Don't keep a local copy of messages if you don't want mail to fill up the HIS mailbox.

• Click on Save in the Upper left to save your choices.
