New Outlook Outgoing Server Settings SMTP authentication after server 2017 Plesk upgrade
Symptom:
Outlook fails to send messages with error "Outlook doesn't support any of the available authentication methods".
After Plesk server upgrade to Plesk Onyx.
Fix:
Check if Outlook Outgoing Server Settings are configured as:
My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
Log on to incoming mail server before sending mail.
Change this configuration. It should now be:
My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.
Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
