Certificate Domain Mismatch error when connecting to an HIS mail server

HIS mail servers are secured using certificates matching the server names (*.his.com).

You may receive can't verify warning or an error when connecting to your mail server if you use your own domain name, like mail.yourdomain.com. the details will show a "domain mismatch".

Solution: Use the server name instead of your domain.

Here are the settings you should have:

Full Name: Your Name
Email address:
Password: Leave your password as is.

Incoming Mail Server: mail.his.com or psaXXX.his.com or zimbraX.his.com
Use SSL/TLS: Yes
Authentication: Password
Server Port:
IMAP: Port 993
or
POP: Port 995

Outgoing Mail Server: mail.his.com or psaXXX.his.com or zimbraX.his.com
Username: Use your email address
Password: Leave your current password as is.
Use SSL/TLS: Yes
Authentication: Password
Server SMTP Port 465
