Zimbra SPAM filter: training Zimbra Spam Filter with messages from the Junk Folder
If you notice some legitimate emails are put in the Junk Folder when they are not spam, here is how to train the Zimbra Spam Filter
1- Login to webmail at https://zmail.his.com/
- Username: your full email address
- Password; Your regular email password.
2- From there you can check what is in the Junk folder.
4- Check one or multiple messages.
5- Click on the 'Not Spam' button located at the top of the list.
This will move those messages back o your Inbox.
If this does not work reliably, try backlisting & whitelisting addresses.
