Zimbra SPAM filter: Blocking & Allowing addresses

Go to Preferences and select Mail in the menu.

On the page that opens, scroll to the Spam Mail Options section.

Use the Allow messages from to specify email addresses of people you trust so that their messages are not sent to your Junk fo to lder. Messages from these email addresses are never blocked.
Use the Block messages from to specify email addresses of people you trust so that their messages are not sent to your Junk folder. Messages from these email addresses are always blocked and you will not see them again.
