Password requirements for email accounts

Here are the password requirements for all email accounts hosted on HIS mail servers (Plesk or Zimbra):

The passwords must have at least:

8 characters (10 to15 is better)
1 number
1 upper case Letter
1 lower case
1 punctuation symbol (.,-:;)

Do not re-use old passwords, passwords that you use on other accounts or passwords that spell out dictionary words.
