One Time Codes

In the event your Authentication applications stops working, or you lose access to your smartphone with the authenticator application on it, you will need to generate a small number of pre-generated codes for emergency access, and keep them in a safe place until you need them: written somewhere, in another device, printed out, etc.

• Login to webmail at https://zmail.his.com
• Under Preferences > Accounts > Account Security
• Click on the One-time codes "View" option to see the codes.

Obviously, this should be done before you need emergency access. These codes must be kept secure (written somewhere, in another device, etc.) and not used for any other purpose.

Each of these codes can only be used once to login.
