List all Accounts quotas

Access the Zimbra admin page using one of the administrator accounts for the domain.:
https://zmail2.his.com:9071/zimbraAdmin/

To see all mailboxes and quotas:

Configure-> domain->Mmailboxes Quotas
Clicking on the shown table column header will sort it ascending or descending

If you need to manage accounts quotas or delete old unused accounts:

• Manage-> Accounts-> Select the account -> Right-click + select Delete.
• Confirm this is the account you want to delete.

Adjust account quota:

• Manage-> Accounts-> Select the account -> Right-click + select Edit
• Scroll to Advanced-? Quota and adjust the quota.
• Click on Save.
