Contact HIS Support for the IMAP set up if needed.

4- Move your emails from the POP account to the IMAP account

If the POP account was set up to leave mail on the server, the IMAP account will automatically synchronize with the server and you'll have nothing else to do but wait:
The synchronization process can take a few hours for big email accounts.

If the POP account was set up to download messages onto your computer (which is the default):
If it is on the same computer than the IMAP account, simply drag the email folders from the POP account to the IMAP account, or if this is not practical import the mbox file you have exported in step 1.
Be patient, it make take some time depending on the size of your email account.

5- Remove the POP account from your email app once the messages all show in the IMAP account.
