Creating your HIS support portal account

• Go to https://support.his.com

• Click on the Sign-In green button near the top right side of the page,

• Scrol down and click on Don't have an account? Create one for free.

• Go check your email and get the temporary code. Be patient as it can take a few minutes to arrive.

Once you have the temporary code:

• Go back to https://support.his.com, and follow the instructions for creating your HIS Support password:
• Enter the code into the page where you'll be prompted to enter the temporary code, your name and select your new password.
  (Make a good note of the password as you will need it later)
• Click on Register to create the account.

Note: After you have created an account you will be able to login at https://support@his.com
to check the status of your support requests.

You will only be able to see the tickets associated with the email address you entered for the account.
It only shows open tickets by default.

Resetting your HIS Support portal account password

• Click on "Forgot your password? Click here to recover it."

• Enter the email address you've been using to send us support requests or open tickets: A temporary code will be sent to this address.

• Go check your email and get the temporary code. Be patient as it can take a few minutes to arrive.

Once you have the temporary code:

• Enter the code into the page at https://support.his.com, and you'll be prompted to select your new password.

Note: you will only be able to see the tickets associated with the email address you entered above.
It only shows open tickets by default.
