Once you've registered an external recovery address for your Plesk-hosted email account, you can use the alternate recovery address for receiving a code to change the password for that account if you forget it.

  • Go to log into the hosting Plesk panel at https://psa2xxx.his.com:8443/,
  • Click on the "Forgot password" link
  • Enter your email address
  • Click on Send

Plesk will then send an email to the alternate recovery address for resetting your password.
Follow the steps described in the email to restore your access to your email account.
