2 ways of resetting passwords in Plesk: As Plesk domain administrator or alternate recovery address

There are 2 ways of recovering a lost email or Plesk user password:

1- Use the "Forgot password" on the Plesk login page at: https://psa24XX.his.com:8443/
or https://<domain-ext>.his.com:8443/ (Replace domain.ext with your real domain name)

2- Ask the Plesk administrator for your domain to reset it for you.
