Plesk Panel: Email account or Plesk Admin password recovery

Adding a Recovery Email Address:

If you wish to register a recovery email address for your own email account, you could either ask your account's Plesk Administrator to do it from the Plesk Panel Admin Mail tab.

Go to the Plesk control panel at: https://psa436.his.com:8443/

Enter your own email address for example: user@yourdomain.com
Login with your current email password.
Click to Change Email Settings
Enter your recovery email address - it can be your personal email address or a trusted person @yourdomain.com - where you want to receive password reset link.
Click OK to save the changes.

After that you'll be able to change the password if you forget it.

To reset an email password:

Check Email address.
Enter the email address and click Send.
They should receive en email with a link to reset the password at the recovery email address within a few minutes.
Then click on the link and reset his password.
Remember to make a good note of the new password for future use.

To reset the Plesk Panel admin password:

Check Username.
Enter the Plesk Admin username provided when you created the account and click Send.
They should receive en email with a link to reset the password at the associated email address within a few minutes.
Then click on the link and reset this password.
