Updating settings (host name, password) on iPhone/iPad

Should you have to update your email account settings (password or mail host name) on iPhone iPad:

• Go to settings > Apps > Mail
  or use Siri and say "open mail app settings"
• Tap on Mail Accounts
• Select the account you want to work with (Your HIS-hosted email account name)
• Tap on Account Settings

Under Incoming Settings:

• If updating the server host name:
  ** Select the host name field .his.com, delete the content and type the new server name.
• If updating the password:
  ** Select the password field .his.com, delete the content and type the new password,

Under Outgoing Mail Server: Tap on the existing mail server name psaxxx.his.com

• Tap on Primary Server: .his.com

• If updating the server host name:
  ** Select the host name field .his.com, delete the content and type the new server name.

• If updating the password:
  ** Select the password field .his.com, delete the content and type the new password,

• Tap Done and let it verify the information.
  If you get an error saying the new server name is not responding, check if you have any typo.

Once the Outgoing mail server information is verified.
Tap Done on the accounts settings page.
