Updating settings on iPhone/iPad

Should you have to update your email account settings (password or mail host name) on iPhone iPad:

• Go to settings > Apps > Mail
  or use Siri and say "open mail app settings"
• Tap on Mail Accounts
• Select the account you want to work with (Your HIS-hosted email account name)
• Tap on Account Settings

Under Incoming Settings:

• Replace the existing server name (psaxxx.his.com) with your domain name, or if your web site is not hosted with HIS, with the Mail server name created for your domain.

Under Outgoing Mail Server: Tap on the existing mail server name psaxxx.his.com

• Tap on Primary Server: psaxxx.his.com

• Change the Host Name
  From psaxxx.his.com
  To: Your domain name, or if your web site is not hosted on an HIS Plesk server

• Tap Done and let it verify the information.
  If you get an error saying the new server name is not responding, please wait a bit before re-trying.
  Once the Outgoing mail server information is verified.
  Tap Done on the accounts settings page.
