How to configure your email account on the Zimbra 10 mobile app

Requirements

• Email account hosted on Zimbra >= 10
• Zimbra app installed on Android or iOS
• The login credentials for the email account you want to configure. (Please verify them first by login sucessfully to HIS webmail: https://webmail.his.com)

1- Launch the Application

• When you first launch the application, the window below appears. Enter the URL of the HIS.com Zimbra server https://securemail.his.com.
• Press Continue to confirm.

2- Login

• Enter your HIS-hosted Zimbra email address and the associated password.
• Press Login.

3- Access

You now have access to the content of your email account. By default, the content of your inbox appears.

4- Use

Use the email account

Once you have configured your email account, you can start using it! You can now send and receive messages.

5- Configure another email account

Should you want to configure another Zimbra email account:
The Zimbra app only allows you to configure one email account at a time. So you will need to log out of the email account you are currently using in order to view another Zimbra email account.

• Go to the menu ? in the upper left corner of your screen, then select the profile icon at the top of your screen.
• Press Disconnect.

Then proceed with stept 1 to 4 for setting up the new email account.
