Zimbra webmail will only load in Standard/HTML Mode with latest Edge Browser
The Advanced/Ajax version of the Zimbra web client does not work well with the new Microsoft Edge.
It gets stuck loading.
Unfortunately it may take a little while for Zimbra to fix it, so in the meantime:
- If you want to keep using Microsoft Edge: Use The Standard/HTML version. It is simpler and should work in any browser.
Select "Standard" in the Version menu on the Zimbra webmail login page or set it up as your preferred version in your webmail Preferences.
- Download another browser like Chrome and use it for Webmail access until this problem gets fixed.
